This was my final work at 3D1 course at Chiron. It's my first serious NURBS patch model (with 5-patch corners!). Non-NURBS parts are only rims and seats. It took me about one month to make, with betveen five and nine hours of working on it every day, among some other stuff I was doing. I really neaded a brake after finishing this. Although it's not the most precise model, and there is much room for improvement, it's still pretty good. Consider that I spent only two days on texturing and rendering, and that it was rendered in Maya software renderer.
